We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will also assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, provide counseling on policies and procedures, and actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, you will create and implement effective onboarding plans, develop training and development programs, assist in performance management processes, support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements, and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
